The ELAC meetings for LVES, LVMHS & District will begin at 3:30 p.m.

The VFW’s Voice of Democracy audio-essay program provides high school students with the opportunity to express themselves in regards to a democratic and patriotic-themed recorded essay. The Patriot’s Pen competition is a written essay competition for Middle School students. This year’s theme is “My Pledge to Our Veterans.”

Lucerne Valley Elementary School teacher Jacqueline Lopez and Maintenance & Operation team lead Lillian Thomason were named Employees of the Month during the Thursday, January 12th meeting of the LVUSD Board of Trustees. Both employees were presented their awards by Superintendent Peter Livingston and congratulated by the school board.

Lucerne Valley Adult Education will host an Open House for prospective students on Thursday, February 2nd from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

CTE teacher Michael Haecker, custodian Samantha Kerestessy and Executive Assistant Marina Savchenko were named the certificated and classified Employees of the Month, respectively, during the December 15th meeting of the Lucerne Valley Unified School District’s Board of Trustees.

The Lucerne Valley Unified School District’s Board of Trustees unanimously approved Jason Story as Principal for Lucerne Valley Middle/High School during its December 15th meeting.

Mountain View High School holds it Winter 2022 Graduation Ceremony.

Collection boxes are located at the Lucerne Valley Market, at the Senior Center, First Foundation Bank and at both LVHS and LVES offices.  Toys are being collected through December 19th.
