Lucerne Valley Adult Education Orientation on August 26

The Lucerne Valley Adult Education program will be starting up again on August 26. An enrollment/orientation and testing date has been set for Monday, August 26 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at Lucerne Valley High School in Room E102.
 
All new students and returning students must take the test at the beginning and the end of each school year. A schedule of classes showing days and times will be available at that time.
 
Diploma credits can be earned through online courses or with textbooks/workbook assignments and is taught by Mrs. Nancy Monson. Enrichment courses in computers (Microsoft and Adobe programs) will be taught by Mrs. Nancy Monson; auto classes are provided by Mr. Bob Kern; and English as a Second Language is offered by Mr. Rene Jaime.
 
The Adult Education programs in the High Desert have partnered with Victor Valley College to bring expanded educational opportunities to adults. No pre-registration is required. Just complete the application and take the assessment test on Monday, August 26 at Lucerne Valley High School.

VVTA (Victor Valley Transportation Association) Day Bus Passes are available for adult education students that are having transportation problems.
